SurveyMe’s dynamic and collaborative office in Newport Beach is looking for an experienced customer service representative to provide outstanding email and phone-based client support and account management. This position will require some analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.

General Responsibilities
* Represent the front line of client experience by working with potential clients, current clients, and end-users
* Conduct online software presentations to potential and current clients
* Provide timely and accurate solutions by phone and email to incoming client questions
* Examine data from clients and be able to provide and present quantitative and qualitative analytics
* Become an expert in our products, services, processes, and tools
* Stay up-to-date on website changes and app updates
* Assist in improving and documenting our support processes
* Use the knowledge you gain from working with clients to provide recommendations to improve the overall user experience on the site and app
 
Essential Skills / Requirements
* Enthusiasm to work hard and achieve results in an ever-evolving environment
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level Excel)
* Attention to detail
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure and tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Motivated self-starter with good time-management skills
* 2+ years of customer service experience required (Retail/restaurant applicable)
* Must be able to work in Newport Beach office near John Wayne Airport
